Placing an order is easy!
Step 1. Decide how you want to pay.
We offer two forms of payment credit or debit card choose to pay in full by credit/debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay Google Pay.

Step 2. Browse and shop our vast range of items.
You can navigate the website using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, help, your shopping bag, your account information and all of your favourite shopping on hstrends.
Here are two ways to check whether your order has gone through successfully.
Once you have placed your order after the successful payment you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email , which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you have a valid email address registered to your account.
We know that sometimes you can change your mind, so we've made cancelling an order easy.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of the order being placed.
Login to your account go your order management in you account section, select the order and then select product you want to cancel.
To cancel your order you can also use our contact us section with order number and product detail. you can also email at support@hstrends.co.uk
but if you are unable to cancel the order you can always return the item for free and full refund will be added to your account.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?I
f you’re not in when we'll try to deliver your goods, and we’re not able to leave them in a safe secure place, we’ll leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times before the parcel is returned back to us.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative or work address?
To change your delivery address or add a new delivery address, when checking out. before you pay add a delivery address after the permeant address.
When will I receive delayed items?

When your item becomes available for despatch, we will email you so you can track your order.
Will all my items be delivered together?
In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply:

Delayed items will be despatched as soon as stock becomes available.
