Placing an order is easy!

Here are two ways to check whether your order has gone through successfully.
Once you have placed your order after the successful payment you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email , which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you have a valid email address registered to your account.
We know that sometimes you can change your mind, so we've made cancelling an order easy.
Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of the order being placed.
To cancel your order you can use our contact us section with order number and product detail. you can also email at support@hstrends.co.uk
but if you are unable to cancel the order you can always return the item for free and full refund will be added to your account.

Sale item Delivery - Orders made from the sale delivered as normal if there there is a free delivery promotion available and order is placed during that time period It'll be free. Otherwise cost of delivery option will be available when concluding the order. standard delivery is £ 3.99 unless otherwise changed due the region or the size of the order.
Sale item Return- Order made on sale can be returned for free or dropped at the access point as suggested by our delivery partner. Return are free and Sale orders must be returned with 14 days of the purchase.
Sometime Due to high volumes of sale orders coming through, it can longer for your order confirmation email to arrive.
Please also check your junk/spam folder as the email may have been filtered into there.

In some cases transactional error might happen due to some unforeseen reason the payment will not take place else payment will be refunded.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Next Day Delivery 5.95
Order before 8pm to receive your order the very next working day.
Delivered by our friendly couriers the very next day. Tracking number is provided for your convenience.
Standard Delivery 3.95
Standard delivery will take 2 to 4 working days. tracking is provided.
Heavy Products or 2 people delivery. £20 for product/or package above 20Kg, mainly for home or garden items.
Our standard delivery comes in 2 forms.
Warehouse Dispatch.
When the products are dispatched from our warehouses in 3 geographical locations, EU, US and China. Warehouse dispatch is processed in 1 to 3 days and total fulfilment time may vary on circumstances such as weather, road closure or route cancellations etc. We aim to achieve standard time between 5 or 7 to 11 working days. Full tracking and logistical information will be provided for your peace of mind and you will be informed about any unusual delays .
Local Dispatch
When the products are dispatched from our warehouse in the London, UK. Also offer next day delivery. The will follow our local standard guidelines as mentioned in the below information chart.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?I
f you’re not in when we'll try to deliver your goods, and we’re not able to leave them in a safe secure place, we’ll leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times before the parcel is returned back to us.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative or work address?
To change your delivery address or add a new delivery address, when checking out. before you pay add a delivery address after the permeant address.
When will I receive delayed items?

When your item becomes available for despatch, we will email you so you can track your order.
Will all my items be delivered together?
In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply:

We are sorry if some of your orders are delayed due to availability issue.
Delayed items will be despatched as soon as stock becomes available.
You can track the progress of your order by going to My Account and selecting ‘Order Tracking.
How long will it take to receive a credit or refund for returned items?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (if available for Instore only). For details please visit the following link Returns & Refunds

Please allow the timescales set out above to receive your refund. In most cases we will send an email confirming we have processed a refund and include an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) as well.
