Cashback Policy

1. Eligibility

The Hstrends Cashback Offer applies exclusively to orders placed using Klarna, Clearpay, or Shop Pay at checkout. To qualify for cashback, the order must be successfully fulfilled and delivered to the customer.

2. Cooling‑Off Period

All cashback transactions are subject to a 30‑day cooling‑off period beginning from the date of delivery. This period allows time for any returns, exchanges, or disputes to be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

3. Cashback Deposit Timeline

After the 30‑day cooling‑off period ends, cashback will be deposited within 15 days into the same payment method used at checkout or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference. Customer will receive confirmation email. 

4. Exclusions

Cashback will not apply in the following situations, and Hstrends reserves full discretion to refuse or revoke cashback:

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned during the 30‑day cooling‑off period
• Orders placed using payment methods other than Klarna, Clearpay, or Shop Pay
• Products that do not fall within the eligible cashback categories, including but not limited to:
• Watches
• Branded products
• Selected home products supplied by external or third‑party suppliers
• Orders that breach any part of this Cashback Policy, including suspected misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity
• Transactions under dispute, including chargebacks or unresolved customer claims
• Products excluded by supplier restrictions, where cashback cannot be offered due to external contractual or wholesale limitations.

Discretionary Clause

Hstrends may refuse, withhold, or cancel cashback at its sole discretion if it believes a customer has violated the policy, misused the offer, or if the product is not eligible under the cashback categories.
Cashback is a promotional benefit, and Hstrends is not legally bound or obligated to provide cashback in any circumstance.

5. Disputes & Adjustments

If a customer disputes a transaction or initiates a chargeback during the cooling‑off period, the cashback will be withheld until the matter is resolved. Hstrends reserves the right to adjust or revoke cashback amounts in cases of misuse or error.

6. Governing Terms

This Cashback Policy operates in conjunction with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Legal Notice. By participating in the cashback offer, customers agree to all applicable terms and conditions. This offer is valid until 30 June 2026.
